We already know that PUBG Corp has made its mission on "Fix PUBG" this year. The plan that had been described earlier this month included bug fixes in the game, adding more features and making the game more playable and smooth on all types of devices.
Following this promise, PUBG Corp has added some new elements to the game on test servers as part of the update n. 20. This patch, which was released on Friday, should be released to live servers after running the test.
Deceptive reports
PUBG has also added visual bug fixes, such as removing the loot cutout under the Miramar map. However, in terms of improving the user experience, the biggest change seems to be around the reporting system, which now appears to be more robust. PUBG PC players can now inform teammates suspected of cheating and detonating enemies who have pirated the game to become more invincible.
Like many other commenting tools, PUBG will also alert you when you take action against a player or cheat you reported. This should keep things more transparent and you can track reports more easily.
While much of the focus of the update is to improve things behind the scenes, a user-oriented change is a new weapon that reaches all the maps in PUBG for PC.
New weapon
PUBG receives a PUBG update solution
Erangel, Miramar and the smaller map of Sanhok will get the Beryl M762 which uses the already common ammunition of 7.62 mm. If you prefer to use an AKM during your missions, you will be more than familiar with this weapon and, in fact, you might start using it, as it may have stability accessories that should improve your overall accuracy and reduce the game to gusts.
Scooter and Tukshais for Sanhok
Another change in gameplay is seen at Sanhok, where you can now move on a scooter. The scooters will replace the bikes at Sanhok and will not be available in other maps, which would give Sanhok a more unique personality.
PUBG Corp also said that the Tukshai, an upcoming three-wheeler exclusive of Sanhok, will be launched in September and is currently being tested to ensure that the gaming experience is not affected as a result of its incorporation.
If you're on the test server, you should be able to see these updates when you play PUBG this weekend. What do you think of the new weapon? And are scooters really what Sanhok needed? Let us know in the comments below.
