The most popular smartphone game, PUBG Mobile will soon have its biggest electronic sports championship in India with a total prize of Rs 50 Lakhs. Tencent Games in collaboration with Oppo will host the 'Campus Championship PUBG MOBILE 2018' from 26 September to 21 October with the final which will take place in Bangalore.
The registration for the PUBG championship begins today and will continue until September 21st. Interested users can register on pubgmobile.in to create their own team. Those who register will automatically be the team captain.
Keep in mind that this league is reserved for university students. Also, before registering you will need a PUBG account. PUBG Mobile is available on iOS and Android.
How to register
The first step is to complete personal data such as username, email, mobile number, university ID and more.
Only the first 10,000 teams registered will qualify for the online championship which will take place between September 26th and October 5th. The grand finale will take place on October 20th and October 21st in Bangalore.

The winning team will get Rs 15 lakh, while the second and third teams will get Rs 5 lakhs and Rs 3 lakhs respectively. The 10th place team will also receive a cash prize of Rs 50,000 . Participants can also earn Oppo smartphones and various categories that are worth lakhs Rs 3 Lakhs. There are team positions that are also worth Rs 4 Lakhs.
Tencent Games will broadcast live online qualifications of the PUBG Mobile Campus Championship on social media platforms. It is expected that this championship will present participants from more than 1000 universities across India. The Campus Campus of PUBG MOBILE will consist of four preliminary rounds and, after the semi-finals, 20 teams will be selected for the final.
Special prizes
There will also be a total of six special prizes for different goals. 'MVP' will be awarded to the best player with the highest number of MVP prizes. The player with maximum killings will receive the "The Executioner" award, while the "Doctor" award will be for the player with the highest number of revivers.
The "Redeemer" prize is awarded to the player who restores the greatest amount of life. The maximum number of deaths of a player will receive the "The Rampage Freak" award. Finally, the "The Lone Ranger" award for the player who wanders alone and has the longest survival time in the game.
